The property was perfect, all of my family fit easily and was a beautiful home. Grounds are beautiful and the pool is nice and warm. Even though we had cold weather the house and grounds were perfect. We all had a good time! Thank you.

This home was in a perfect location for our family while visiting the Tampa area. The house is spacious and very clean with a well appointed kitchen. The pool was absolute heaven and the kids favorite place to hang out. We look forward to future visits to Tampa and would love to stay here again.

Nice, quiet

I have rented at least a dozen or so homes in the past but this house in Brandon, Florida was simply the best. This house is located in one of the nicest, quietest, residential communities I’ve ever been to. This house is not a cookie cutter. Every room has something special and charming about it. Truly amazing from the beautiful bedrooms and large balconies overlooking the pool to everything one needs to spend a restful, relaxing week with family and friends. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathroom, including shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. Simply amazing! Reaching out to the owners and booking the house is extremely easy. Every time I needed something or I had a question they responded to me right away. So if you’re looking for a quiet place to simply enjoy nature, family and life, I recommend this house and I’ll definitely be back.
